User Research and as-is analysis of Alpro website.

Performing User Research to understand user thoughts, behaviors, needs and motivations. The project involved analyzing a website and researching interested people, defining their characteristics and actions to satisfy their needs thanks to the website.

PROJECT GOALS:
  • Conduct the User Research to understand user thoughts, behavior, needs and motivations.
  • As-is analysis of the website and Sitemap creation.
  • Conduct the Competitors analysis.
  • Analyze the Target through a Survey research.
  • Creation of Personas and User Journey.
WORKING METHOD:

The work has been divided into two phases.

In the first phase:

  • Analysis of the website through the Heuristic evaluation followed by the creation of the sitemap.
  • Analysis of Competitors with Benchmarking analysis.
  • User Research conducted through survey research.

In the second phase:

  • Creation of Personas and User Journey.
  • Analysis of pain points and related opportunities emerged.
  • Update of User Journeys and Sitemap after the potential application of improvements.

At the end of the project, all the information gathered have been analyzed in order to organize the next step: the creation of Wireframes with improvements for Alpro website.
